Basement Waterproofing
Interior and exterior waterproofing systems that stop water entry at the source — not just its effects.
Each service targets a specific cause of water intrusion. We inspect your basement and recommend only what it actually needs — not a system that covers all possibilities.

Interior and exterior waterproofing systems that stop water entry at the source — not just its effects.

Epoxy injection for stable cracks, polyurethane for active leaks, and full-wall repair for block foundations.

New sump pump systems, battery backup units, and replacement of failing pumps before the next heavy rain.

Installed dehumidifiers sized for basement conditions, connected to a permanent drain — no buckets, no monitoring.
The wrong waterproofing system is worse than no system. An interior drain installed on a wall with active hydrostatic pressure but no crack — just porous block — manages water but never stops it. An exterior excavation job done on a basement that only needs targeted crack injection is a large expense for a smaller problem.
We start every job with a walk-through. We look at where moisture is appearing, the type of foundation (poured concrete vs. block), the age of the home, and whether any previous waterproofing has been attempted. We check after a rain if timing allows.
After the inspection, we give you a clear explanation of what is happening and what we recommend. You can take that information and get another opinion. We prefer that to doing work that is not right for your situation.
One wall leaking after heavy rain
Usually crack injection or a single-wall interior drain, not a full perimeter system.
Water coming through the floor-wall joint
Interior drain tile along the affected perimeter, routed to an existing or new sump pit.
Horizontal crack in a block wall
Structural issue — requires wall stabilization before or alongside waterproofing.
Condensation in summer months only
Ventilation or dehumidification, not waterproofing. We will tell you this at the inspection.
